		<description>I echo your gripe about newspapers charging for archived info.  Some time ago, I tried to get a copy of a US Navy photo that had been published in the Orange County (OC) Register.  You betcha, they said they would be happy to sell me a copy. Nertz, I said, &#38; emailed Seal Beach Weapon Station about a copy.  US Navy at Seal Beach quickly responded (via email) with a copy of the picture that they owned.  I added it to my website, then told the OC Register about it &#38; questioned the ethics of them selling a public photo.  They ignored my ethics query, but were amazed that I got the free copy, plus Navy  permission to use it on personal website.</description>
