Not at all! Links is good!

I agree. The IPhone in the short term is a problem. They don't come out until June. And it's still unclear if Edge will support it. They're the ones who handle Cingular (which brand will soon be absorbed by AT&T). I have called to get information but they have yet to call me back. (See my IPhone post).

The one upside of the IPhone as I understand it is that it will support wireless. So, Apple is betting on the ubiquity of WiFi and WiMaX beating any cell network in the long term.

There's an interesting article on this here: http://tinyurl.com/yk3u7n

Good story, Bob. Love your blog. Glad to see someone keeping up with the state of technology here in Humboldt. Hope you don't mind that I picked this story up on my blog over at myrtletown.net.

iPhone? Yeah it sure looks nice, but when do we get to buy them? And will we even get to use them here in Humboldt since not only is signal coverage poor, but data services for anything but Sprint phones seems to be nonexistent. Correct me if I'm wrong...

cheers,
darsh
