I had a conversation last week with Dennis Leonardi who chairs the St Joe / Redwood Memorial Hospital Board and he said the healthcare users are ready to sign on to a get-'er-done push.

We've got the anchor tenants. We lack the coordination to put the biz plan together.</description>
