I have had a few requests for help on getting Mail (the Mac OSX email client) working with Suddenlink’s system. I thought the best way to help people would be to post screen shots of my configuration. So here is what I have. I don’t guarantee it will work for you. But I configured two machines with it.
This fix no longer works. Suddenlink has been nothing but a headache for me. First they refused to support a Tivo branded DVR until I reached tier 3 and pointed to the FCC regs that require them to support cablecards and now this.
Thanks for helping the less geeky navigate through these jarring, changes. Suddenlink should pay you for your service.
