For most of the day yesterday, suddenlink was down. As a result, I couldn’t get cash back from the grocery store, use my phone all day, watch the baseball playoffs, or work(from home on the internet). I’m sure that others in the area were negatively affected. We (Suddenlink customers) are all due a rebate on the currnet month’s bill, and I urge you to call Suddenlink directly, and make them due the adjustment over the phone. I wonder if, without the complaint, if Suddenlink would volunteer to give folks the rebate. The only way these folks will get it is if we hit them in the pocketbook.
